Secondary Swimming

Our secondary swimmers are split into 2 groups. Gold advance and Gold intermediate.

Our advance swimmers have a more intense program to follow along with a longer distance to swim. Whereas our intermediate swimmers do the exact same workout with less distance and less reps of each exercise. We also offer dryland training on those days where we are not in the swimming pool

Training

4 days a week in the afternoon

90 minute sessions

Fridays 45 minute session
